You have full control to customise the content of the message to include details about the reservation status, such as cancellation, confirmation, completion, expiration, rejection, or reminder.

 

Additionally, you could specify how far in advance you want to send the reminder before the reservation time. Using the client's name, you can tailor the message to make it more personal.
